EstateEdge does not collect or store any personal data entered into its calculators. All calculations run locally in your browser. No input values, results, or usage data are transmitted to our servers.

When you visit the site, standard server log data may be collected automatically by hosting infrastructure. This includes:

• Page URL requested
• Date and time of request
• Referring URL, if applicable

This data is used solely for technical operations and security monitoring. It is not used for profiling, advertising, or cross-site tracking.

4. Third-Party Services

EstateEdge loads fonts from Google Fonts. This service may process your IP address as part of delivering font files. Google's privacy policy governs that processing. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics service.

Images are loaded from Unsplash's CDN. Unsplash may log standard access requests. No personal data is shared with Unsplash.

Server log data is retained for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes and then deleted. No other personal data is retained.

The site is served over HTTPS. All data in transit is encrypted. We do not operate databases containing personal information from users of the calculators.
